Iska main objective hai 'funding the unfunded' — yani jo small business owners formal credit system se cut off hain, unhe institutional credit me lana. PMMY ke under, eligible banks (public sector banks, regional rural banks, NBFCs, MFIs) loans deti hain non-corporate, non-farm small/micro enterprises ko jinka credit need ₹10 lakh tak hai.
