Kuch data legal reasons ki wajah se delete nahi ho sakta:

What Happens After You Submit?

Aapki request submit hone ke baad ye process follow kiya jayega:

Day 0 (Submission Day)

Aapko unique reference ID milegi (e.g., DDR-2026-XXXXX). Acknowledgement email ya WhatsApp pe bheja jayega.

Day 1-3 (Verification)

Hum aapke registered mobile pe OTP bhejenge identity verification ke liye. Iss step me confirm karenge ki request authentic hai aur kisi imposter ne nahi ki.

Day 4-25 (Processing)

Internal team aapka data identify karke deletion process initiate karegi. Database records, backups, log files — sab covered.

Day 26-30 (Confirmation)

Deletion complete hone par confirmation email/WhatsApp aayega with details:

✓ Kya retain kiya gaya (and why)
✓ Partner institutions ko forward kiya gaya request (if applicable)

🤝 Partner Notification

Cost & Fee

Data deletion request bilkul free hai. DPDP Act 2023 ke under, hum koi fee charge nahi kar sakte. Unlimited requests bhi free hain.

Apvad: Agar request "manifestly unfounded ya excessive" hai (DPDP Act language), to hum decline kar sakte hain ya reasonable charges add kar sakte hain. Ye situation rare hai — genuine requests sabhi free hote hain.
