Refund Policy

1. Free Service — No User Fees

ProWiderKart NAHI charge karta:

• Koi processing fee from users (loan/insurance/PG enquiry karne wale)
• Koi consultation fee
• Koi service charge
• Koi membership ya subscription fee
• Koi joining fee from partners (DSA/referral program join karne wale)

Hamari income exclusively hamare RBI/IRDAI-registered partner institutions ke saath revenue-share/commission arrangements se aati hai. Aap (user ya partner) hamare liye FREE hain.

2. When Refund May Apply

Refund ke 2 possible scenarios hain:

Scenario A: Payment Made in Error

Agar aapne kisi technical glitch ya misunderstanding ke kaaran ProWiderKart ke kisi bank account me payment kiya hai (which is NOT our standard practice), aap refund request kar sakte hain.

Important verification: ProWiderKart ka koi bhi authorized payment request hamesha official channels (info@prowiderkart.com, wa.me/919833216954) se confirm hoga. Agar koi alag number/account pe payment maange "ProWiderKart" ke naam pe, ye FRAUD hai — refund hum se nahi, cybercrime authorities (1930) se contact karein.

Scenario B: Future Paid Services (If Any)

Agar future me ProWiderKart koi paid premium service launch karta hai (currently kuchh nahi), uske liye specific refund terms us service ke launch ke time published honge.

3. Refund Procedure (Scenario A)

Agar aap manate hain ki aapne ProWiderKart ko galti se koi payment kiya hai:

1. Email karein info@prowiderkart.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include karein:
   • Transaction date aur amount
   • Transaction reference number
   • Reason for refund request
   • Payment proof / bank statement extract attach karein
3. Hum response denge 5 business days me
4. Agar valid verify hota hai, refund original payment method me 7-10 business days me process hoga

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Ye situations ProWiderKart ke through refundable NAHI hain:

• Partner institutions ko directly paid fees: Loan processing fees (lender ko), insurance premiums (insurer ko), payment gateway setup fees (PG ko) — ye fees respective partner's own refund policy ke under aate hain. ProWiderKart ka koi role nahi.
• Third-party service fees jo partners aapse charge karte hain (credit bureau check, document verification) — ye partner ki responsibility hai.
• Fraudulent payments kisi entity ko jo falsely ProWiderKart ka representative hone ka claim karta hai. Always verify: hamare authorized channels sirf WhatsApp +91 98332 16954 aur email info@prowiderkart.com hain.
• Time/effort/opportunity cost claims — hum service free me provide karte hain, koi notional value ka refund claim apply nahi hota.

6. For Partner Institution Refunds

Agar aap kisi partner institution (lender, insurer, payment aggregator) ko paid fee ka refund chahte hain:

1. Directly us partner institution ko contact karein
2. Unki refund policy follow karein
3. ProWiderKart can facilitate communication if needed (free service) — bas email karein
4. Hum partner ko aapki query forward kar sakte hain, but refund decision partner ka exclusive right hai

Refund ke regarding kisi bhi dispute ke liye:

1. Pehle hamare Grievance Officer (Contact Us page) ko contact karein
2. 30 days me unresolved disputes relevant authorities ko escalate ho sakte hain
3. Consumer disputes ke liye: National Consumer Helpline 1915 ya e-Daakhil portal
